Before diving in, Andrew Reich joins Gray for a quick explanation of an upcoming public hearing by Harrison County Planning Commission. The Planning commission has proposed a six month moratorium on zoning designations of R2 and R3, high density housing. The public hearing will be Monday, March 31st at 7:00pm at the Harrison County Government Center.
