Special Commissioner's Meeting 11/04/20

On Wednesday, November 4th, the commissioner held a special meeting to re-hire Kevin Russel at the Harrison County Highway Department effective November 14th. He will be reinstated with his original seniority and outstanding sick leave benefits.
